Terms of Service
Last updated 18 October 2026
Abondy runs two sites: abondy.com for brands and abondy.app for posters. This page covers both.
These terms are the agreement between you and Abondy (“Abondy”, “we”, “us”) for using abondy.com, abondy.app and everything they offer (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, don’t use the Service.
1. What Abondy is
Abondy connects people who post videos (“Posters”) with brands and creators who supply them (“Brands”). A Poster takes a video, posts it from their own social media account, and earns a reward for each post that follows the rules. Editors may prepare videos for Brands. Abondy runs the marketplace. We never hold your social media password, and we post on your behalf only if you turn on auto-posting, and then only the video you tap “post” on.
2. Who can use it
- You must be at least 13. If you are under 18, you confirm a parent or guardian allows you to use the Service.
- Give accurate information and keep your account to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under it.
- Each social media account you connect must be yours, and can be connected by one Poster only. We may ask you to prove it, for example by signing in with the platform.
- Brand accounts are reviewed by hand and may be declined or paused at our discretion.
3. The posting rules
Every reward depends on three rules, shown before your first video:
- Never delete. Once a post is up, it stays up. Deleting it, hiding it, or making the account private counts as deleting.
- Keep it public. Private posts don’t count.
- Post it as given. Use the video and caption you are handed. No edits, crops, watermarks or added promotions.
Breaking a rule forfeits the reward for that post and adds a strike to your account. Repeated strikes lead to a permanent ban and the loss of anything unclaimed. Strikes may also show as roles in our Discord server.
4. Rewards
- Rewards are issued as reward crates, opened in the Service and delivered to the Roblox account you give us. What a crate holds, its odds and its value are shown in the Service and may change at any time.
- Rewards have no cash value unless we expressly say otherwise, can’t be transferred or exchanged, and may be subject to our delivery partner’s own terms.
- A reward is earned when the Service accepts a post. We may withhold, delay or reverse a reward for a post that breaks the rules, isn’t on an account you own, is a duplicate, or looks like fraud or automation.
- We may change how rewards work, including adding other kinds of reward, and will show the change in the Service. We set posting limits (how many videos you can take per day and per platform) and may change them based on an account’s history and performance.
- You are responsible for any taxes on what you receive.
5. Paid plans and Brand payments
- The price, billing period and what you get are shown before you pay. Payments are processed by Stripe.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel any time in the Service, and the plan stays on until the end of the period you paid for.
- Brands pay the prices shown or invoiced for their campaign. Payments are non-refundable except where we agree otherwise in writing or the law requires a refund.
6. Credits and plans (Brands)
Brands that buy on abondy.com pay in credits. One credit costs 4¢ on a monthly plan and 5¢ in a one-off pack; a yearly plan makes each credit cheaper.
- Plan credits arrive each month while your plan is on, including on a yearly plan. They don’t roll over: whatever is left of a month’s plan credits ends when the next month’s arrive.
- Pack credits you buy on their own never expire. We spend your plan credits before your pack credits.
- Renewal. Plans renew automatically, monthly or yearly, until you cancel. Cancel any time under Credits → Billing → Manage billing; the plan stays on until the end of the period you paid for.
- Switching plans. When you move to another plan, the new one starts when you pay for it and the old one ends; Stripe credits the unused part of the old one against what you pay.
- Orders. When you order uploads, their credits come off your balance straight away. Any upload not posted within 72 hours of the order comes back to you as credits.
- Making videos. Videos you make with our video generator cost credits per video, taken when you start them. Free videos we give you (for example when you sign up) are used first; they can only be used to make videos, never to post, and have no cash value. A video that doesn’t come out, or that our spam check blocks, comes back as it was paid: credits or a free video.
- Auto top-up, if you turn it on, charges your saved card for the pack you picked whenever your balance drops below the line you picked, up to three times a day. If a charge fails we turn auto top-up off and tell you. You can turn it off any time under Credits → Billing.
- Refunds. Credits have no cash value and can’t be transferred or swapped for money. Payments for plans and credits aren’t refunded in cash except where the law requires it. Credits left when you delete your account are lost.
7. What Brands can advertise
Posters can be as young as 13, so every video must be suitable for them. We don’t accept videos that promote:
- gambling, betting or casino-style games played for money or prizes;
- adult or sexual content, or dating;
- alcohol, tobacco, vapes or other drugs;
- weapons;
- crypto, trading, “get rich” or other financial schemes;
- anything misleading, including false claims about a product, its price or its results.
We review every Brand video before it goes out, and we can refuse or remove any video or campaign, or pause a Brand account, at our discretion. Credits spent on uploads of a video we refuse come back as credits.
8. Content and licences
- Brands keep ownership of the videos they supply, and grant Abondy and Posters a licence to distribute them on social media through the Service, as given, for the campaign’s purpose. Brands confirm they hold every right needed to grant that licence, including to any music, footage, likeness or trademark in the video.
- Posters may use that licence only to post the video as instructed from their connected accounts, and may not sell, re-edit or reuse the videos outside the Service.
- You keep your rights in your own accounts and profile. You let Abondy display your public post links, handles and post performance within the Service, including to the Brand whose video you posted.
- Nothing may be posted that is unlawful, infringing or deceptive, or that breaks the rules of the platform it is posted on.
9. Platform rules, YouTube and disclosures
You must follow the terms of every platform you post on (TikTok, YouTube, Instagram and Facebook and others) and every law that applies to you, including disclosing a paid relationship where one exists. Brands must tell us when a campaign is a paid promotion and are responsible for any disclosure it requires. Abondy can’t guarantee how any platform will treat a post, account or campaign.
Abondy uses YouTube API Services. By using Abondy you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.
10. Your accounts, your risk
Posting through Abondy puts your own social media accounts at risk, and that risk is yours.
- You decide what to post, where and how often. Posting a lot, posting promoted or similar videos, or posting from a new account can lead a platform to limit, demonetise, strike, hide, suspend or permanently remove your posts, your channel or your whole account, to turn down your appeal, and to stop you making a new one. This can happen even when you follow our rules and the platform’s rules exactly.
- Abondy is not responsible for what a platform does to your accounts. We won’t compensate you for any such action, including the loss of an account, its followers, videos, views, earnings or monetisation, or the time and effort you put into it.
- Nothing we give you is a promise that a post is safe. Our videos, captions, posting limits, tips and rewards, and our accepting or rewarding a post, don’t mean a post or account meets a platform’s rules or will stay up.
- Only post from accounts you can afford to lose. Don’t use an account you rely on for income, that holds things you can’t replace, or that you need for anything else.
- To the fullest extent the law allows, you release Abondy from any claim about a platform’s action against your posts or accounts, and you will cover Abondy’s losses and reasonable costs (including legal fees) from any claim brought against us because of your posts, your accounts or your breach of these terms.
11. Fair use
You may not use bots, automation or multiple accounts to take or submit videos; submit posts you didn’t make or that aren’t on your connected account; interfere with the Service or its security; scrape or reverse-engineer it; or use it for anything unlawful. We may suspend or close accounts that do, and remove content or rewards connected with it.
12. Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time from your Accounts page (Brands: Account → Delete account). That deletes your account and its data as described in the Privacy Policy, and unclaimed rewards and unused credits are lost. Deleting a Brand account cancels its plan and turns off auto top-up. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, and keep the records needed to enforce them.
13. No guarantees
The Service is provided as is. We don’t guarantee any number of videos, rewards, views or earnings, that the Service will always be available, or that any platform will keep a post or account up. Reward partners, hosting providers and social platforms are outside our control.
14. Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Abondy is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, data or goodwill, arising from the Service, including any loss covered in section 10. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of what you paid us and the value of the rewards you received from the Service in the three months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited by law.
15. Changes
We may update these terms. When we do, we’ll change the date at the top and, for material changes, tell you in the Service before they apply. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept it.
16. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the place where Abondy is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes go to the courts there, unless the law where you live gives you other rights. Questions: support@abondy.com.
